Q. What time will you show up for our event?

A. We will always be setup and ready to start at least 20 minutes before the start time for your event. We usually show up approximately 90 minutes before your start time. Normal setup time is 30-60 minutes.

Q. Does Scott Allen Productions have liability insurance?

A. Yes, we carry a $1,000,000 liability policy.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes, Scott Allen Productions has a mandatory deposit of 30% of the cost of the event to guarantee your event for a set date. Please note that this is a non refundable deposit.

Q. How early do we need to book you?

A. You need to book as soon as possible to ensure that we will be able to perform on your desired date. There is no set time in advance, this does allow us to do last minute events as long as we are available for that day.

Q. What order of events will be used at our wedding reception?

A. When you book us, we will provide you with a "Wedding Reception Format" sheet which shows the normal order of events. You are free to rearrange the format in any way you wish. We will consult with you prior to your reception to go over all of the details for your wedding reception.

Q. How will I know what to do and when the events occur during my wedding reception?

A. First, We meet one on one with you and find out how you would like the event run. We will run and coordinate your entire reception for you with the plan that we previously agreed upon. You don't need to worry about anything! We will let you know when each event will take place and what to do. We will also coordinate with the photographer, videographer, and caterer to ensure a seamless and integrated reception.

Q. Do you use CDs, tapes, or records?

A. Our entire music collection consists of compact discs and Mp3 digital format. This allows the best sound quality and transitions between songs. However if you have music that you desire that is only available on tape we can provide a tape player or convert to a Mp3 format.

A. We have over 28000 songs. Our collections consists of everything from the 1920's through today's hits. We have all types of music including: Alternative, adult contemporary, big band, comtempory Christian, Christian Worship, gospel, country, classic rock, dance, house, motown, oldies, R&B, rock, specialty music, techno, top 40, and much more!
